The product must be returned in its original retail packaging (in a sealed and closed box)
The product must not be used/tampered with
If the item is non-returnable and was received with missing parts or damaged, reach out to customer support for assistance
Please note that submitting this return request does not guarantee a refund, your refund will be approved or declined after a verification process based on our return policy
In case the request is declined, your item will be shipped back to you

We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges For Gift Cards

Once a gift card leaves our secure inventory, we can no longer guarantee the validity of the code; therefore after an order has been sent we cannot return or exchange it.

Please be careful when selecting the card you wish to buy.

All purchases made through the Services are final.

Purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable, provided, however, that if a Gift Card does not function, we may, in our sole discretion, either refund you the Gift Card purchase amount or replace the defective Gift Card with an alternative Gift Card or with products or services of equal value for the same Gift Card Vendor.
